Vehicle damage assessors (VDAs) who require reaccreditation for compliance to BS10125.
Re-accreditations needed every three years by passing a knowledge test and a practical assessment.
This course covers the practical assessment elements required for the new BSI CPD route ‘C0- Repair Preparation’.
The aim of the assessment is to ensure the technician can fulfil the task of ‘carrying out repair preparation relevant and suitable to the repair capabilities declared’.
Prior to attending the technician must complete the relevant CPD content and have ‘proven competence’ via a recognised qualification or accreditation.
The practical elements of this course are based on the requirements for ‘C0’ from the IMI CPD Framework.
