DAY 1 GUEST SPEAKER - WILL COURTENAY - HEAD OF RACE STRATEGY AT RED BULL
Will Courtenay is the Head of Race Strategy at the Oracle Red Bull Racing Formula 1 Team. Will joined the team in 2003, a year after graduating with a 1st class masters degree in Engineering from Cambridge University. Following two years in the trackside electronics department, Will moved across to the Race Strategy Group, becoming head of the department in 2010. Since then the team has won 8 drivers’ championships, 6 constructors’ championships and become the 4th most successful team in Formula1 history.

DAY 2 GUEST SPEAKER - ERIN BAKER - UK's MOST SENIOR FEMALE MOTORING JOURNALIST
An inspirational figure in the world of automotive journalism, Erin became the youngest and only female motoring editor on Fleet Street in 2009 when she took on the Motoring desk at The Daily Telegraph and Sunday Telegraph.
She has been a figurehead in promoting women in the automotive industry and is the host of “She’s Electric,” an initiative aimed at empowering women to make confident choices about electric vehicles and sustainable mobility.
Since leaving the Motoring desk at the Telegraph in 2014, Erin has worked as a consultant with brands and businesses within the automotive sector. She continues to write for various publications, including AutoTrader, Vogue and Marie Claire, broadening the automotive conversation to reflect the industry’s evolving nature.

GET THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXPERIENCE REAL ON-TRACK VEHICLE SAFETY TESTING



Using a range of modern day vehicles, we will run on-board demonstrations of specific vehicle technologies, giving a taster of what happens during active safety testing. These demonstrations will include Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB), Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Lane Support and unresponsive driver.
You can take part in a track testing demo by heading over to the track demo check in desk.
We will also have a track testing museum area that will showcase all the equipment that is used during a multitude of different tests that we do. Get hands on with the on-board systems and the different targets that we use.
