Richard joined from Williams Advanced Engineering and brings more than 20 years’ experience delivering cutting-edge programmes across a variety of sectors. Richard is responsible for all engineering functions, supporting research into crash & safety, physical & cyber security, and repair technologies.

Miller joined the team in September 2020, with a focus on revenue generation and the development of strategic partnerships to support our increasingly ambitious research agenda. Miller was previously Chief Commercial Officer at MIRA HORIBA.

Adrian joined Thatcham Research in September 2019 from Honeywell with over 30 years of experience across large engineering projects, cloud technologies, data analytics and organisational change. Adrian is responsible for all aspects of engineering research across connectivity, cyber security, physical security and vehicle repair. Most recently, he has led the development of Thatcham Research’s Zero Emissions Vehicles research and strategy.

Dean has more than 30 years of automotive industry experience. He leads our world-class Automotive Academy, championing the development of apprentices while supporting the sector with repair data products, skills training and consultancy.
