Waseem has been at AXA for 14 years and was previously the Chief Financial Officer of AXA Insurance. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.

David was appointed in July 2017 and now has end-to-end responsibility for claims operations within the UK. Before that he was Zurich's UKGI Chief Operating Officer, having joined the company in 2004.

Simon joined the board in 2011. His current responsibilities include getting Aviva customers back to normal after a motor accident and developing Aviva's repair strategy. Simon formerly had responsibility for running the claims operation and motor propositions. Solus has 18 sites nationwide and employs in excess of 700 people.
