Welcome to the Technical Helpline Portal.

This service is now totally transparent with fully trackable enquiries and a range of new functionality.

To get started all users will first have to Register.

Follow the link, making sure you have your OT (Thatcham Reference) number and your postcode handy, enter these details when prompted and you are now up and running.

Please be aware that all ongoing technical enquiries previoulsy logged through the old helpline system will be answered through the old system. This new portal is for handling new enquiries only.
